SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Warwick Heating and Bathroom Supplies Limited, we understand that whether you are managing a large-scale site project or fixing a home plumbing issue, timely delivery is critical. We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Times
- Standard Orders: All orders for in-stock items are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Cut-off Times: For Next Day delivery, orders must be placed before [e.g., 2:00 PM] Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
2. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)
Skip the shipping fees with our free local pickup service at our Birmingham trade counter.

- Availability: Orders are typically ready within [e.g., 2-4 hours] during normal business hours.
- Instructions: Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email before arriving. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
3. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Due to the nature of our products (ranging from small valves to heavy boilers and bathroom suites), our shipping rates are tiered based on size and weight:
- Small Parcels (Fittings, Tools, Smart Controls)

Next Working Day: [e.g., £7.99] - Large / Heavy Items (Boilers,Radiators, Bathroom Suites)
These items require specialized pallet delivery to ensure they arrive undamaged.
Pallet Delivery (2-4 business days): [e.g., £40.00 - £60.00] - Free Shipping: We offer free standard delivery on orders over [e.g., £500] (Excludes oversized pallet deliveries and certain postcodes).
4. Local Trade Delivery
We offer specialized local delivery services for our trade account holders and large site projects within a [e.g., 20-mile] radius of our Birmingham depot.

5. Delivery Access for Heavy Goods
For large items (such as baths, boilers, and palletized radiators), delivery is strictly kerbside only.
- The delivery driver will not carry goods into your property, upstairs, or onto the building site.
- Please ensure someone physically capable is present to receive and move the goods on the day of delivery.
- If access to your property is restricted for heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), you must notify us prior to dispatch.
6. Inspecting Your Delivery (Important)
Due to the fragile nature of sanitaryware and heating equipment, you must inspect your items upon delivery.
- If the packaging appears damaged, you must sign for it as "Damaged" with the courier.
- Any damages or missing items must be reported to us at [Insert Email Address] or 0121 680 0073 within [e.g., 48 hours] of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
8. Delays & Out of Stock Items
While we maintain high inventory levels, occasionally items may be delayed by the manufacturer. If your order includes a backordered item, we will contact you immediately with an estimated lead time. You will have the option to split the shipment or hold the order until all items are ready.
