Absolutely! We offer a free Click & Collect service. Just choose "Pick up" at checkout. We will email you as soon as your items are ready to be collected from our Birmingham showroom at 904 Warwick Road, B27 6QG. Please bring your order confirmation with you.
Delivery costs vary depending on the size and weight of your items. Small parcels start at a standard rate, while heavy items (like baths or boilers) require specialized pallet delivery. You will see the exact shipping cost calculated at checkout before you pay.
For health and safety reasons, large and heavy items (like bathroom suites and boilers) are delivered via a kerbside delivery service only. The driver will leave the pallet at the nearest accessible safe point to your property. Please ensure you have someone physically capable on hand to help move heavy items inside.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Due to the fragile nature of bathroom and heating supplies, please inspect your delivery immediately. If anything is damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing photos and your order number to our support team.
We are a supply-only company, which means we do not offer installation services directly. We highly recommend hiring a qualified, registered professional (such as a Gas Safe engineer for boilers) to fit your new products.
Yes, the majority of our heating and bathroom products come with a manufacturer’s guarantee. The length of the guarantee varies by brand and product. Please keep your invoice safe, as you will need it to register your warranty or make a claim.
